Managing Director
Mr. Gollotti is the Managing Director of the New York City and Washington, D.C. offices who joined the firm in March 2018. He has been a part of the real estate industry since 2010, with his expertise in commercial real estate appraisal beginning in 2013.
Before his association with Bowery, Mr. Gollotti was an associate at the BBG/ Leitner Group in New York City. Prior to this, he served as a Development Associate for Arcadia Land Company, a Philadelphia-based real estate land developer and consultant emphasizing smart growth and traditional neighborhood design.
In his roles at both Bowery and the BBG/ Leitner Group, Mr. Gollotti appraised a diverse range of properties. These included multi-unit residential buildings/complexes, office structures, industrial buildings, retail centers, mixed-use establishments, senior living facilities, self-storage units, and developmental sites. His valuation experience extends beyond the New York City and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas to various states across the U.S. He offers his services to a broad clientele, comprising commercial banks, property owners, private equity firms, attorneys, and developers.

Managing Director
Grace Kim is the Managing Director of the Seattle office at Bowery Valuation. She joined the firm in January 2022 and has been active in the commercial real estate appraisal industry since 2005. She has prepared valuations of proposed, partially completed, renovated, and existing structures. Valuation has encompassed multifamily, retail, office, industrial, land, and special purpose properties. Ms. Kim specializes in multifamily properties, having appraised well over 500 assets since 2015. These assignments have included garden/mid-rise, urban/high-rise, micro/congregate, student housing, and mixed-use developments across Washington and Idaho.
Before joining Bowery, Ms. Kim worked for Colliers International as a Valuation Services Director. She originally got her start at the local Seattle firm McKee & Schalka, where she was also responsible for trainee management and reviews.

Managing Director
John Musnuff is the managing director of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices at Bowery Valuation. He joined the firm in October 2020 and has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 1986. Mr. Musnuff has appraised all types of commercial properties primarily in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. These properties include vacant land, farms, subdivisions, PUD projects, multi-family projects, industrial sites, offices, retail shopping centers, and special-use properties.
Before joining Bowery, Mr. Musnuff owned Musnuff Group, LLC, a boutique appraisal firm that conducted appraisals of commercial properties for lenders, governmental agencies (including condemning authorities), litigation support, and private concerns.
Prior to forming Musnuff Group, LLC, Mr. Musnuff worked at Integra Realty Resources, Izenberg Appraisal, and Appraisal Affiliates as a commercial appraiser. He also served at MGM Associates as the head of revaluation and commercial properties.

Mr. Powell, MAI, is the Managing Director of the Florida office for Bowery Valuation. Mr. Powell has been a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield and Integra Realty Resources, operated his own firm, The SMP Group, and worked with other independent firms.
Mr. Powell entered the appraisal profession in 1992 at an independent firm in Erie, PA and joined the Appraisal Institute in 1995. He completed his MAI designation requirements in 2001, and in 2002 was invited by the Appraisal Institute to serve on the prestigious General Comprehensive Examination Subcommittee. Mr. Powell relocated to Florida (the Treasure Coast) in 2004 and has worked all over Florida.
Mr. Powell gained his clients’ trust through attention to detail and thorough research, and by routinely applying advanced methods of analysis over a broad scope of work. He has extensive practical knowledge in market analyses/feasibility studies, consulting, and market value appraisal reports for lending, litigation (including expert witness testimony), tax appeals, and condemnation.
Mr. Powell is actively engaged in all aspects of appraisal practice, including appraisal and analysis of various types of properties such as multifamily, office, industrial, retail and mixed-use, gas stations & convenience stores, various net leased properties, self-storage, marinas, golf courses, health clubs, other private clubs (e.g., tennis centers), and short-term rentals. He has extensive experience appraising all types of development sites, especially residential subdivisions (large and small), and regularly appraises going concerns. His clients include numerous banks/financial institutions, government institutions, attorneys, developers, and private investors.

During his appraisal career, Mr. Young has worked on the valuation of a wide range of property types, including existing and proposed market-rate and affordable multi-family housing, low-rise and high-rise office, R&D, retail, industrial, automotive dealerships, and development land throughout the Southwest and the Midwest. He has expertise in institutional and non-institutional multi-family properties, having appraised well over 50,000 apartment units over his career. His team at Bowery has appraised over 400 multifamily and mixed-use (residential/commercial) assignments since launching the group in January of 2022. In addition, Mr. Young has been involved in the appraisal of over 5 million square feet of office in California over the prior year.
Before joining Bowery, Mr. Young was a Vice President at CBRE, where he was a top producer in Northern California and responsible for training and oversight of a team of appraisers in the Silicon Valley office. He spent over ten years within the appraisal department at CBRE prior to assisting with the launch of Bowery on the West Coast.
Mr. Young graduated from Northwestern University where he was a scholarship member of the golf team.

Loan products included balance sheet loans, conduit loans, large loans, and floating rate transactions. Year end 2014 volume was in excess of $30B. He also handled consulting and due diligence assignments valuing NPL loans for Special Situations Group.
Additionally he took part in evaluating and conducting due diligence on international portfolios of distressed and corporate for sale assets. Assignments included portfolios in Canada, China, Ireland, England, Germany, Italy, Japan, Korea, Sweden, Slovakia and South Korea.

Responsibilities include assessment of the transaction, cash flow analysis, market research, site visits and review of structure and documentation. Helen has also evaluated and conducted due diligence on domestic and international portfolios. Portfolios comprised of distressed mortgages and real estate owned assets. Travels covered Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Sweden, Italy, France, Canada, Mexico, Czech Republic and Germany.
In addition, in her role as a Review Appraiser she ordered and reviewed appraisals, provided market data as well as opined on values for all property types on national basis.

Additionally, this role included arranging for all due diligence requirements and monitoring the financial performance on a monthly basis.
Prior to Credit Lyonnais, Ms. Lewis worked in the Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group at Ernst & Young, LLP.
