Bryson Young is the Senior Managing Director of California for Bowery Valuation and joined the firm in December of 2021. He has worked in the commercial real estate industry since 2007.

During his appraisal career, Bryson has worked on the valuation of a wide range of property types, including existing and proposed market-rate and affordable multi-family housing, low-rise and high-rise office, R&D, retail, industrial, automotive dealerships, and development land throughout the Southwest and the Midwest. He has expertise in institutional and non-institutional multi-family properties, having appraised well over 50,000 apartment units over his career. His team at Bowery has appraised over 400 multifamily and mixed-use (residential/commercial) assignments since launching the group in January of 2022. In addition, Bryson has been involved in the appraisal of over 5 million square feet of office in California over the prior year.

Before joining Bowery, Bryson was a Vice President at CBRE, where he was a top producer in Northern California and responsible for training and oversight of a team of appraisers in the Silicon Valley office. He spent over ten years within the appraisal department at CBRE prior to assisting with the launch of Bowery on the West Coast.

Bryson graduated from Northwestern University where he was a scholarship member of the golf team.

Max Dvorman is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in January 2022. He is actively engaged in appraising mixed-use, multifamily, and office properties in the Bay Area and throughout California.

Before joining Bowery, Max served as a Staff Accountant at RJI CPAs based in Irvine, California, where he received extensive training in property taxes and valuation techniques.

Max graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Economics and Accounting.

George Neeson is an Associate Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in January 2022. Mr. Neeson is actively engaged in appraising retail, mixed-use, industrial, and multifamily properties in California..

Before joining Bowery, George served as a Financial Assistant at Tamar Securities based in Woodland Hills, CA, and as a Commercial Real Estate Intern at Stelee Industries, Inc. located in Los Angeles, CA.

‍

George graduated from San Diego State University and has experience in investment allocation and risk tolerance in addition to property acquisition research in the Los Angeles area.

‍

Jack Li is an Associate Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2021. He has appraised multi-family, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial/flex, and land properties throughout New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and California. He has also been involved in many new developments and affordable housing appraisal assignments.

‍

Before joining Bowery, Jack served as an investment intern at Lionheart Acquisitions based in New York City, where he underwrote retail and industrial properties. He also had internship experience in residential real estate development, venture capital investment, and financial advisory

‍

Jack graduated from Cornell University with Master’s degree in Real Estate. Before that, he obtained his Bachelor’s degree with distinction in Finance from McGill University.

Sam Cimino is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in December 2021. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2015, with more than 6 years in the commercial appraisal space. Throughout his career, Sam has appraised millions of square feet over a variety of property types, including existing and proposed, industrial, auto dealerships, Office/R&D, retail, and development land throughout all of California. Additionally, Sam has appraised tens of thousands of units of institutional and non-institutional multifamily properties, including both market rate and affordable housing, both existing and proposed.

Prior to joining the appraisal department, Sam was a member of the CBRE research team responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting market and submarket statistics for all major asset classes, as well as supporting a brokerage team that included some of the highest producing leasing and sales brokers in the Silicon Valley market.

Sam graduated from San Jose State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Radio, TV, and Film.

‍

Alex Belkeir is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2022. Alex is actively engaged in appraising a variety of commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily properties in California.

Before joining Bowery, he worked in project management for The Garland Co, based in the Bay Area.

‍

Alex graduated from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and minor in real estate.

‍

Audrey Bauer is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2023. She has appraised has appraised a variety of properties including retail, office, industrial, existing and proposed market rate and affordable multi-family housing, and vacant land throughout the Southwest, with a primary concentration on Northern and Southern California markets.

Prior to joining Bowery, Audrey worked remotely for the The Smithee Group as a Research Assistant. where she helped identify and interpret key takeaways from focus group studies.

Originally from Seattle, Audrey graduated from​​ Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science and Communication in Marketing and International Business.

Emmanuel Ndikum is a Senior Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined in 2025. He has worked as a licensed commercial real estate appraiser since 2011.  

‍

Emmanuel has appraised a wide range of assets including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, development sites, special-use properties, and real estate portfolios. He specializes in the valuation of industrial, office, retail, and special-use properties such as church facilities, schools, and auto-related properties. His clients have included banks, pension funds, private equity firms, government institutions, attorneys, and developers.

Cormac Lyons is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024. Cormac is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in California.

Prior to joining Bowery, Cormac worked as Pricing Analyst at Abbeyside Construction, based in San Francisco, where he priced multifamily projects throughout California.

Cormac Lyons graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Minor in Accounting.

Dave Yount is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. Dave is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in California.

Prior to joining Bowery, Dave founded Sport Analytics, a startup that teaches courses in sports analytics and provides professional certifications. He also worked as a Data Tracking Operator with the Milwaukee Brewers, and served as a Baseball Research Intern with SABR (Society for American Baseball Research).

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Data Analytics from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.

Adam Dembowitz, MAI, MRICS,  is a Senior Managing Director at Bowery Valuation who joined in August 2025. He has been a commercial real estate professional since 2003 and has over 20 years of experience valuing properties in the Chicago, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, and Denver markets. Adam earned his MAI designation in 2015 and is also a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

Adam’s valuation experience spans all commercial property types, portfolios, vacant land, special purpose properties, and high-value residential properties. He has completed projects throughout the United States, with focus areas including California, Colorado, Utah, Texas, Chicagoland, and the DC-Philadelphia-New York-Boston corridor. He has specialized in office and high-end retail assets for the last decade and is an expert in ground leases, litigation, and right-of-way matters, particularly in California. Adam is a qualified expert witness in Los Angeles County Superior Court and has over five years of experience as a consultant in the Historic Tax Credit, New Markets Tax Credit, and Low Income Housing Tax Credit sectors. His clients span the globe and include lenders, pension funds and institutions, private equity firms, real estate owners, developers, attorneys, government agencies, and municipalities.

Adam is a member of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries (NCREIF), the International Right of Way Association (IRWA), and the Colorado Chapter of the Appraisal Institute, and is a member of the Mackintosh Academy Board of Trustees. Adam graduated with honors from The University of Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.

Patrick Wilson is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in January 2026. He has been involved in valuation, consulting, and brokerage across multiple sectors of the commercial real estate industry for nearly two decades. Prior to joining Bowery, he served as a Valuation Services Director at Colliers, with leadership roles in Colorado as well as Phoenix, Arizona and San Jose, California.

Patrick has provided valuation and advisory services for estate planning, commercial lending, development feasibility, litigation support, tax appeal, and foreclosure support across a wide range of proposed and existing property types. His experience includes corporate campuses, flex, industrial, office, retail, shopping centers, net-lease assets, agricultural properties, and land, with a particular emphasis on assets throughout the Western United States. Throughout his career, he has specialized in office, medical office, industrial, and retail properties.

His clients primarily include banks, pension funds, private equity firms, and attorneys. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Construction Management from Colorado State University.

Lee R. Smalley is the Senior Managing Director of Bowery Valuation's Miami office, joining the firm in November 2024. Lee began his appraisal career in 2001 and holds the prestigious MAI designation.

Before joining Bowery, he served as Managing Director for BBG's Miami office, where he specialized in commercial real estate appraisals and analyses across a wide range of property types, from small multifamily buildings to large power shopping centers. Lee is a specialist in the valuation of diverse property types, including affordable housing, LIHTC properties, religious facilities, amusement parks, and more. He has extensive experience as an expert witness and has provided detailed consultation support for feasibility and market study applications. His clients include banks, pension funds, private equity firms, government institutions, attorneys, and developers.

Lee graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in Finance.

Scott M. Powell, MAI, is the Senior Managing Director of the Florida office for Bowery Valuation. Scott has been a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield and Integra Realty Resources, operated his own firm, The SMP Group, and worked with other independent firms.

Scott entered the appraisal profession in 1992 at an independent firm in Erie, PA and joined the Appraisal Institute in 1995. He completed his MAI designation requirements in 2001, and in 2002 was invited by the Appraisal Institute to serve on the prestigious General Comprehensive Examination Subcommittee. Scott relocated to Florida (the Treasure Coast) in 2004 and has worked all over Florida.

Scott gained his clients’ trust through attention to detail and thorough research, and by routinely applying advanced methods of analysis over a broad scope of work. He has extensive practical knowledge in market analyses/feasibility studies, consulting, and market value appraisal reports for lending, litigation (including expert witness testimony), tax appeals, and condemnation.

‍

Scott is actively engaged in all aspects of appraisal practice, including appraisal and analysis of various types of properties such as multifamily, office, industrial, retail and mixed-use, gas stations & convenience stores, various net leased properties, self-storage, marinas, golf courses, health clubs, other private clubs (e.g., tennis centers), and short-term rentals. He has extensive experience appraising all types of development sites, especially residential subdivisions (large and small), and regularly appraises going concerns. His clients include numerous banks/financial institutions, government institutions, attorneys, developers, and private investors.

Scott graduated from Pennsylvania State university with a Bachelor of Science.

Harry C. Newstreet is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in June 2021.  Harry can perform a wide variety of real estate services that cover the entire spectrum of the real estate appraisal field including property appraisal, acquisition, feasibility, development and counseling, as well as in specialized areas such as expert witness testimony in condemnation for right-of-way, valuation, tax problems and other real estate matters.  Harry has completed both form and narrative appraisals of nearly every variety of residential and commercial property, including a specialty in outdoor advertising.

Before joining Bowery, Harry owned and operated his own appraisal firm. He is qualified as an expert witness in Federal and State Courts in Florida, North Carolina and Pennsylvania and has performed appraisal services in the following states; Florida, Georgia, New York, New Hampshire, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Washington, Alabama, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin and Michigan.

Harry graduated from Florida State University.

Mark Lago, MAI, is a Senior Vice President with Bowery Valuation, based in the Miami office. Mark has been a Florida state-certified general real estate appraiser since 2008.  He graduated with an undergraduate degree from the University of Miami in 2007 and then obtained an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Nova Southeastern University in 2015.  In 2018, he was appointed to be a special magistrate for the Miami-Dade County value adjustment board. In 2023, he obtained his M.A.I. through the Appraisal Institute.

Mark has appraised and trained other associates in the valuation of a variety of retail shopping centers, hotels, market-rate and restricted rental apartment properties, office complexes, cannabis work, energy valuations, mixed-use properties, developable land, master planned communities, subdivisions, marinas, RV parks, and amusement parks. Before joining Bowery, he was a Manager in the CohnReznick advisory practice, where he appraised commercial real estate across the country and most property types, concentrating on fair value work. Although mostly a generalist, he specialized in large balance commercial apartment and retail properties. Mark is proficient in financial modeling, discounted cash flow analysis, and Argus.

Mark holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology with a Minor in Business from the University of Miami.

‍

Paul Love is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in April 2025. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2006 and has appraised condominiums, retail, industrial, office, net-leased investments, medical office buildings, restaurants, residential subdivisions, vacant land, and various other special purpose properties in Florida specializing in the valuation of South Florida Industrial, Multifamily, and Going Concern properties.

Before joining Bowery, Paul served as a Senior Vice President at JLL and Senior Appraiser at CBRE for 14 years based in Miami.

Paul holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh.

‍

Jason Telsey is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in January 2022. Jason is actively engaged in appraising mixed-use and multifamily properties in Florida.

Before joining Bowery, Jason served as a Compliance Intern at Provident Bank based in New Jersey. He is a member of the Young Real Estate Professionals in New York.

Jason graduated from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business.

‍

Miguel A. Pierce Martin is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in June 2021. Mr. Pierce Martin has worked in the commercial real estate appraisal industry since 2017 and is actively engaged in appraising all asset types in the state of Florida.

‍

Prior to joining Bowery, Mr. Pierce Martin served as a Research Analyst at Cushman & Wakefield, based in Stuart, FL, where he assisted senior appraisers performing data verification, market analyses and property research for assignments involving a wide array of property types.

Mr. Pierce Martin graduated from Indian River State College in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Mr. Beggan is a Senior Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2022. He is actively engaged in appraising a variety of commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily properties in Florida.

Before joining Bowery, Mr. Beggan worked as a Finance Intern at Rise-N-Shine, LLC, based in New Jersey.

Mr. Beggan graduated from Saint Joseph's University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Richard Paez is a Senior Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in November 2024. Richard began his career as a real estate appraiser in the late 1990s, focusing on residential and small multifamily assignments, and returned to the industry in late 2022 as a commercial appraiser.

‍

Prior to joining Bowery, he worked as a commercial real estate appraiser analyst at BBG. Before resuming his appraisal career, Richard managed government and regulatory affairs for a competitive natural gas marketer. Richard has extensive experience appraising a wide variety of assets, including single-family homes, condominiums, multifamily residential properties, mixed-use developments, hotels, retail and office buildings, industrial facilities, land, and special-use properties such as drug rehabilitation centers, private schools, and houses of worship. He has also appraised numerous proposed developments and redevelopments across office, retail, industrial, and multifamily sectors. A generalist by practice, Richard has performed work for banks, attorneys, private individuals, and a range of other clients.

Richard earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida, specializing in composition, rhetorical and textual analysis, and narratological studies. He also holds a Master of Arts in English Rhetoric and Composition from the University of Florida.

Shea Dailey is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2021. Mr. Dailey is actively engaged in appraising all asset types in the state of Florida.

Prior to joining Bowery, Mr. Dailey received his Master of Science in Finance from Boston College, with a curriculum centered around rigorous investment analysis and financial modeling training. Mr. Dailey completed his undergraduate degree at Villanova University, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting, with a secondary degree in Finance.

Declan Gogan is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. Declan is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in Florida.

‍

Prior to joining Bowery, Declan worked as a Loan Officer at Mortgage300 based in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida,  where he originated home loans across multiple property types, including Conventional, FHA, and DSCR Loans.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems with a minor in Entrepreneurship from Florida State University.

Dylan Delapaz is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024. Dylan is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in Florida.

Prior to joining Bowery, Dylan worked as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Raymond James based in Nashville, Tennessee where he prepared pitch materials for senior bankers, focusing on securing sell-side M&A clients in the healthcare services industry.

Dylan graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, with a concentration in Business Analytics.

Jack Bullard is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. Jack is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in Florida.

Prior to joining Bowery, Jack worked as a Multifamily Intern at EQT Real Estate based in Radnor, Pennsylvania, where he underwrote various potential multifamily acquisitions.

He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Business Law from the University of Miami.

Brandon Gollotti, MAI, AI-GRS, is the Senior Managing Director of the New York City and Washington, D.C. offices who joined the firm in March 2018. He has been a part of the real estate industry since 2010, with his expertise in commercial real estate appraisal beginning in 2013.

Before his association with Bowery, Brandon was an associate at the BBG/ Leitner Group in New York City. Prior to this, he served as a Development Associate for Arcadia Land Company, a Philadelphia-based real estate land developer and consultant emphasizing smart growth and traditional neighborhood design.

‍

In his roles at both Bowery and the BBG/ Leitner Group, Brandon appraised a diverse range of properties. These included multi-unit residential buildings/complexes, office structures, industrial buildings, retail centers, mixed-use establishments, senior living facilities, self-storage units, and developmental sites. His valuation experience extends beyond the New York City and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas to various states across the U.S. He offers his services to a broad clientele, comprising commercial banks, property owners, private equity firms, attorneys, and developers.

Brandon graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and a minor in History.

‍

John Musnuff is the Senior Managing Director of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices at Bowery Valuation. He joined the firm in October 2020 and has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 1986. John has appraised all types of commercial properties primarily in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. These properties include vacant land, farms, subdivisions, PUD projects, multi-family projects, industrial sites, offices, retail shopping centers, and special-use properties.

Before joining Bowery, John owned Musnuff Group, LLC, a boutique appraisal firm that conducted appraisals of commercial properties for lenders, governmental agencies (including condemning authorities), litigation support, and private concerns.

Prior to forming Musnuff Group, LLC, John worked at Integra Realty Resources, Izenberg Appraisal, and Appraisal Affiliates as a commercial appraiser. He also served at MGM Associates as the head of revaluation and commercial properties.

John has served the Appraisal Institute as President of the Metro NJ Chapter, 21 years of Board service and several national project teams. He is also Chairperson of the High Bridge, NJ Planning & Zoning Boards.

John graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and a minor in Mathematics.

Cynthia Xu is a director, quality control reviewer at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in November 2020. She has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2007.  Cynthia has appraised a wide variety of property types including office, industrial, retail centers, multifamily, mixed-use properties, land, residential, and subdivisions.

Before joining Bowery, Cynthia served as a Senior Appraiser at Ard Appraisal Company based in New Jersey performing appraisals of commercial properties for lenders, and governmental agencies including condemning authorities, litigation support, and private entities.

Cynthia graduated from Case Western Reserve University with double Master of Science degrees in Neuroscience and Management Information Systems.

Andrew Beltran is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in March 2021. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2011 and has appraised industrial, multifamily, office, retail, self-storage, health care and senior living properties in most of the United States specializing in industrial, office and senior living asset types. Geographically, his appraisal exposure has covered the United States, United Kingdom, continental Europe, Asia and Australia.

Before joining Bowery, Andrew served as a Senior Vice President at Robert A. Stanger & Company, Inc. based in Shrewsbury, NJ.

Andrew graduated from Ramapo College of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in Political Science.

‍

Mike Graber is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined in November 2020. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2014 and has appraised a wide range of properties including agricultural properties, development land, multifamily properties, industrial properties, retail properties, office properties and special purpose properties with a concentration on properties located in northeast markets.

Prior to joining Bowery, Mike appraised properties across multiple geographies throughout Canada with experience completing appraisal for; financing purposes, litigation matters, annual portfolio valuations, market rent and feasibility studies, estate planning, among other purposes.

Mike graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Real Estate and Housing. In 2019, Mike received a Post Graduate Valuation Certificate from the University of British Columbia.

Matthew Cavadas is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2021. Matthew initially began by appraising mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York and New Jersey. However, since 2022, he has gotten advanced exposure in all asset types, including industrial, office, retail, agricultural, subdivision, and special purposes properties, in numerous states throughout the United States. Matthew is a licensed Certified General Appraiser in the states of New Jersey, Texas, and Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Bowery, Matthew worked as a Summer Analyst for Advance Realty Investors, based in Bedminster, New Jersey, where he rotated through the capital markets, development, and asset management markets. His main responsibilities throughout this experience were to create a fully automatic master rent roll for all Advance owned properties and complete a market report of Harrison, New Jersey to give recommendations on how to stand out in the market.

Matthew graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Information Systems, with a Certificate in Real Estate Analysis and Development and a minor in Portuguese. At school, Matthew was the Vice President of the Smeal College of Business student council and a Career Assistant with Pennsylvania State Career Services.

John Sproull is an Associate Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2022. John is actively engaged in appraising a variety of asset types including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. John has had notable experience in specialized assignments dealing with residential subdivision/net sellouts and equestrian-type properties.

Before joining Bowery, John was a Senior Analyst at First Commonwealth Bank based in Indiana, PA. His responsibilities included the monitoring of C&I and CRE asset-based loans for Corporate Banking transactions, which included the ordering and reviewing of real estate appraisals. John has reviewed hundreds of real estate appraisals of various asset types throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, New York, and Kentucky.

He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Connor Scanlon is a Senior Associate Appraiser at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2022. He is actively engaged in appraising mixed-use and multifamily properties in Pennsylvania.

Before joining Bowery, Connor served as a Realtor at Century 21 Boling based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

He graduated from Rider University's Brodsky School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing and minoring in Healthcare Administration.

Harley Woodward is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024. Harley is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Harley worked as an Acquisitions Associate based in New York, where she sourced investment opportunities for several different asset classes.

Harley graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration and a Minor in Real Estate.

Hector Herrera is an Associate at the firm who started appraising real estate in 2025. Hector is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Alexsea Dean is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. Alexsea is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Alexsea worked in Human Resources on the philanthropy team at Aetna based in Hartford, CT where she worked on the survey management, communication outreach, as well as event planning.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a certification in Real Estate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

Brandon Gollotti, MAI, AI-GRS, is the Senior Managing Director of the New York City and Washington, D.C. offices who joined the firm in March 2018. He has been a part of the real estate industry since 2010, with his expertise in commercial real estate appraisal beginning in 2013.

Before his association with Bowery, Brandon was an associate at the BBG/ Leitner Group in New York City. Prior to this, he served as a Development Associate for Arcadia Land Company, a Philadelphia-based real estate land developer and consultant emphasizing smart growth and traditional neighborhood design.

‍

In his roles at both Bowery and the BBG/ Leitner Group, Brandon appraised a diverse range of properties. These included multi-unit residential buildings/complexes, office structures, industrial buildings, retail centers, mixed-use establishments, senior living facilities, self-storage units, and developmental sites. His valuation experience extends beyond the New York City and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas to various states across the U.S. He offers his services to a broad clientele, comprising commercial banks, property owners, private equity firms, attorneys, and developers.

Brandon graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and a minor in History.

John Musnuff is the Senior Managing Director of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices at Bowery Valuation. He joined the firm in October 2020 and has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 1986. John has appraised all types of commercial properties primarily in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. These properties include vacant land, farms, subdivisions, PUD projects, multi-family projects, industrial sites, offices, retail shopping centers, and special-use properties.

Before joining Bowery, John owned Musnuff Group, LLC, a boutique appraisal firm that conducted appraisals of commercial properties for lenders, governmental agencies (including condemning authorities), litigation support, and private concerns.

Prior to forming Musnuff Group, LLC, John worked at Integra Realty Resources, Izenberg Appraisal, and Appraisal Affiliates as a commercial appraiser. He also served at MGM Associates as the head of revaluation and commercial properties.

John has served the Appraisal Institute as President of the Metro NJ Chapter, 21 years of Board service and several national project teams. He is also Chairperson of the High Bridge, NJ Planning & Zoning Boards.

John graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and a minor in Mathematics.

Cynthia Xu is a director, quality control reviewer at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in November 2020. She has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2007.  Cynthia has appraised a wide variety of property types including office, industrial, retail centers, multifamily, mixed-use properties, land, residential, and subdivisions.

Before joining Bowery, Cynthia served as a Senior Appraiser at Ard Appraisal Company based in New Jersey performing appraisals of commercial properties for lenders, and governmental agencies including condemning authorities, litigation support, and private entities.

Cynthia graduated from Case Western Reserve University with double Master of Science degrees in Neuroscience and Management Information Systems.

Helen Peng is a Director at Bowery Valuation who joined in February 2019.   Helen has over 35 years of experience in real estate valuation. The majority of her career was spent at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank. The first few years of her career was spent at Chase Manhattan Bank as an Appraiser with the last few years spent as a Director at BBG in New York City with the responsibility of Quality Control Reviewer.
‍

At Deutsche Bank, Helen was a Director where she handled consulting, due diligence and prescreening of deals for various areas of the bank. Responsibilities include assessment of the transaction, cash flow analysis, market research, site visits and review of structure and documentation. Helen has also evaluated and conducted due diligence on domestic and international portfolios. Portfolios comprised of distressed mortgages and real estate owned assets. Travels covered Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Sweden, Italy, France, Canada, Mexico, Czech Republic and Germany.

In addition, in her role as a Review Appraiser she ordered and reviewed appraisals, provided market data as well as opined on values for all property types on national basis.

During her tenure at Chase Manhattan Bank, Helen was a Second Vice President and Senior Staff Appraiser. Her experience involves writing and reviewing reports for various property types including commercial, industrial, residential and retail. Property located in Metropolitan and Suburban New York.

Helen graduated from University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Diploma in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies. Helen also graduated from New York University with a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Diploma in Real Estate Investment.

Michelle Zell is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation, who joined the firm in October 2019. She has worked in the real estate appraisal industry for 21 years.

Michelle has appraised multi-family, condominium and cooperative apartment buildings, retail properties, office buildings, restaurants, industrial properties, hotels, and vacant land properties in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana  and Florida.  Michelle specializes in managing large portfolios, appraising large scale existing and proposed developments, appraisals for EB-5 financing, market studies, and appraisals for litigation and condemnation proceedings, as well as trust and estate needs.

Michelle performs and manages appraisals for Israeli bond issuances in excess of $1B, and has extensive experience providing appraisals for financial reporting on the Israeli bond market since 2012. She specializes in serving as a liaison between the appraisers, the audit firms and the Israeli Security Authority.

‍

Significant appraisal assignments include Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town, a rental apartment complex in New York City with 12,000 units, the condominium conversion of The Apthorp and the Belnord, two large scale prewar landmarked developments in Manhattan,  70 Pine Street, the 1M square foot former AIG headquarters converted to rental apartments, hotel, private club, restaurant and retail space, 701 7th Avenue, a proposed hotel and retail development located in Times Square and valued at $2B, market rent determination for Bell Works- the former Ball Labs in Holmdel, NJ, and multiple large developments for EB-5 financing including The Armature Works in Washington DC (a proposed mixed use retail, apartment and hotel development), 1 Journal Square (a proposed mixed use development in Jersey City),  The  Retail at Nassau Coliseum (proposed retail and entertainment complex adjacent to Nassau Coliseum), and Pacific Park (a proposed development of 15 land parcels to be developed with high rise residential, condominium, office and school buildings).

Brandon Goodman is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in February 2021. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2015 and has experience in the valuation of a wide variety of property types including investment-grade office buildings, multi-tenant retail, mixed-use apartment buildings, industrial, vacant land, and luxury condominium development, as well as air rights valuation, partial interest valuation, and ground lease valuation.    

Prior to joining Bowery, Brandon served as a Senior Valuation Associate at CBRE based in New York City.

Brandon graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He also graduated from NYU Stern with an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate, Finance, and Management.

Maren Lewis, MAI, is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in October 2019. She has worked in the real estate industry since 1999, with commercial real estate appraisal experience since 2017.

Maren has appraised multifamily rental buildings, condo and cooperative buildings, developable land, ground up construction sites, retail properties, hotels, and special-use properties, such as schools and other community facility properties primarily in the New York metro area.

Prior to joining Bowery, Maren served as a Valuation Associate at BBG, Inc. based in New York City.
‍

Prior to her time at BBG Inc., Maren worked for the Hotel Finance Group at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, formerly known as Credit Lyonnais, for 8 years as a Credit Analyst and Junior Relationship Manager. In this role, she prepared detailed credit recommendations to senior management, including designing and creating detailed financial projection models and assisting in the process to structure and execute corporate and asset-backed financing opportunities for single assets and hotel companies. Additionally, this role included arranging for all due diligence requirements and monitoring the financial performance on a monthly basis.  
‍

Prior to Credit Lyonnais, Maren worked in the Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group at Ernst & Young, LLP.  In this consulting group, she valued real estate portfolios and performed market studies, including research of economic and demographic trends, assessment of market supply and demand, interviews of market participants, and analysis of historical market and segment performance.

Maren graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science with a focus on the hospitality industry and a concentration in finance.

Ross Wigon is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in February 2019. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2015 and has experience appraising multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial properties in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, Texas, Indiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee.

Asher Robinson is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation. Asher joined the firm in September 2020. Diana Zlatkina is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2018. Diana has worked in the commercial real estate appraisal industry since 2014.

Prior to joining Bowery, she was an appraiser at the Leitner Group Inc./BBG, working throughout New York City on a wide variety of asset types including multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail and developable land.

Jack Brandon is a Vice President who joined the firm in July 2021. Jack is actively engaged in appraising mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Since 2022, he has gotten advanced exposure in all asset types, including industrial, office, retail, and special purpose properties throughout the United States. Jack isa licensed Certified General Appraiser in the State of New York.

Madi Johnson is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in September 2020. She has experience appraising and/or reviewing appraisals for $5Bn+ in commercial real estate assets in 19 states to date, with additional experience with affordable properties, including those encumbered by Project-Based Section 8 HAP contracts, LIHTC, and/or 420-c agreements.

Prior to joining Bowery, Madi worked as an M&A Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Evercore, based in New York City, where she received rigorous financial modeling training and rotated through the Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Industrials groups.

Tyler Drake is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation Services who joined the firm in October 2019. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2017. Most recently, Tyler served as an appraiser at BBG, Inc. based in New York City.

Armaan Rigby is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024. Armaan is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Cody Jetton is a Senior Managing Director at Bowery Valuation who oversees operations in the Carolinas. He joined the firm in January 2026. Cody began his commercial real estate appraisal career in 1983 and holds the MAI and CRE designations. Prior to joining Bowery, he served as CEO of the Mearstone Group and previously held senior leadership roles with BBG and Cushman & Wakefield. He has appraised a wide range of property types, including single-family subdivisions, multifamily, retail, office, hospitality, industrial, biotech, and special-purpose properties such as religious facilities, college campuses, and counter-terrorism training facilities.

Cody specializes in the valuation of complex and special-purpose assets and works with a diverse client base that includes banks, government institutions, developers, investors, and corporate owners. Geographically, his appraisal exposure has covered the United States, United Kingdom, continental Europe, Asia and Australia.

Mike Graber is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined in November 2020. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2014 and has appraised a wide range of properties including agricultural properties, development land, multifamily properties, industrial properties, retail properties, office properties and special purpose properties with a concentration on properties located in northeast markets.

Prior to joining Bowery, Mike appraised properties across multiple geographies throughout Canada with experience completing appraisal for; financing purposes, litigation matters, annual portfolio valuations, market rent and feasibility studies, estate planning, among other purposes.

Mike graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree with a major in Real Estate and Housing. In 2019, Mike received a Post Graduate Valuation Certificate from the University of British Columbia.

Matthew Cavadas is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2021. Matthew initially began by appraising mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York and New Jersey. However, since 2022, he has gotten advanced exposure in all asset types, including industrial, office, retail, agricultural, subdivision, and special purposes properties, in numerous states throughout the United States. Matthew is a licensed Certified General Appraiser in the states of New Jersey, Texas, and Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Bowery, Matthew worked as a Summer Analyst for Advance Realty Investors, based in Bedminster, New Jersey, where he rotated through the capital markets, development, and asset management markets. His main responsibilities throughout this experience were to create a fully automatic master rent roll for all Advance owned properties and complete a market report of Harrison, New Jersey to give recommendations on how to stand out in the market.

Matthew graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain and Information Systems, with a Certificate in Real Estate Analysis and Development and a minor in Portuguese. At school, Matthew was the Vice President of the Smeal College of Business student council and a Career Assistant with Pennsylvania State Career Services.

John Sproull is an Associate Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2022. John is actively engaged in appraising a variety of asset types including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. John has had notable experience in specialized assignments dealing with residential subdivision/net sellouts and equestrian-type properties.

Before joining Bowery, John was a Senior Analyst at First Commonwealth Bank based in Indiana, PA. His responsibilities included the monitoring of C&I and CRE asset-based loans for Corporate Banking transactions, which included the ordering and reviewing of real estate appraisals. John has reviewed hundreds of real estate appraisals of various asset types throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, Maryland, New York, and Kentucky.

He graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance with a minor in Economics.

Connor Scanlon is a Senior Associate Appraiser at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2022. He is actively engaged in appraising mixed-use and multifamily properties in Pennsylvania.

Before joining Bowery, Connor served as a Realtor at Century 21 Boling based in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

He graduated from Rider University's Brodsky School of Business with a Bachelor of Business Administration, concentrating in Marketing and minoring in Healthcare Administration.

Harley Woodward is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024. Harley is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Harley worked as an Acquisitions Associate based in New York, where she sourced investment opportunities for several different asset classes.

Harley graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel Administration and a Minor in Real Estate.

Hector Herrera is an Associate at the firm who started appraising real estate in 2025. Hector is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Before joining Bowery he was a real estate agent selling homes and commercial property to investors in the beaches of Delaware.

‍

Hector graduated from Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing. Hector has many special interests which include listening to and producing electronic music, engaging in photography and videography, and reading the news or learning about an assortment of topics.

Alexsea Dean is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. Alexsea is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Alexsea worked in Human Resources on the philanthropy team at Aetna based in Hartford, CT where she worked on the survey management, communication outreach, as well as event planning.

She earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a certification in Real Estate from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.

James Dunne, MAI, is the Senior Managing Director of Bowery Valuation’s Pacific Northwest office.  James originally joined Bowery in May 2017 as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Appraiser. After leaving Bowery in January of 2023, he started Next Valuation, a boutique valuation and consulting firm that operated until June of 2025 when Next joined forces with Bowery and James rejoined the company to manage the Pacific Northwest.

James has worked in the real estate industry since 2002 and has been appraising since 2009. Before building Next Valuation and joining Bowery, James served as a Vice President at CBRE in their Valuation and Advisory Services group in New York City.

‍

James’ experience spans a wide range of property types including multifamily, office, industrial, self-storage facilities, retail centers, mixed-use properties, and development sites. He has also been engaged to perform a variety of consulting assignments. His clients include commercial banks, pension funds, private equity, government institutions, attorneys and developers.

‍

James is a specialist in the valuation of complex transactions involving low-income housing properties, including ground-up LIHTC-funded developments, Year-15 portfolios, Section 8 HAP properties, Section 202, Section 236 RAD-conversion projects and Mitchell-Lama buildings.

‍

James began his real estate career at a local brokerage in Brooklyn, then as an Associate Broker with The Corcoran Group in Brooklyn before moving into commercial real estate valuation at the boutique appraisal firm Miller Cicero in Manhattan.

Lyzabeth Cui, MAI,  is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. She began her real estate career as a residential realtor, specializing in working with EB5 investors from China to identify properties with high-value appreciation and strong rental performance. She transitioned to commercial real estate valuation to leverage her combined expertise in quantitative analysis and real estate.

Her valuation experience includes vacant land, office, industrial, multifamily, and a range of special purpose properties such as veterinary clinics, auto dealerships, religious facilities, and laboratories. Lyzabeth brings a global perspective to her work and is focused on delivering thorough and data-driven analysis for clients across diverse property types.

Lyzabeth holds an M.S. in Real Estate with a concentration in Finance and Investment from the University of Washington, and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics with an emphasis in Scientific Computing and Numerical Analysis from the University of Washington.

Max Gassner is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2022. He is actively engaged in appraising a variety of commercial, mixed-use and multifamily properties in Washington.

Before joining Bowery, Max served as a business development Intern at NextLevel based in Seattle, working in research and consulting.

Max graduated from Seattle University with Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.

Daniel Harrington is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024.Danielis actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.

Prior to joining Bowery, Daniel worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Doug Bean & Associates based in Portland, Oregon where he managed a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and office product in the Portland metro area.

Daniel graduated from Portland State University with a Master of Science in Real Estate and earned Graduate Certificates in Real Estate Investment & Finance and Real Estate Development. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University.

Jacob Allmon is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in January 2025. Jacob is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in Washington State.

He graduated from Claremont McKenna College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Data Science. Jacob  ran a sub-3 hour marathon in 2024 and is currently training to qualify for the Boston Marathon and his first Ironman 70.3.

Brandon Gollotti, MAI, AI-GRS, is the Senior Managing Director of the New York City and Washington, D.C. offices who joined the firm in March 2018. He has been a part of the real estate industry since 2010, with his expertise in commercial real estate appraisal beginning in 2013.

‍

Before his association with Bowery, Brandon was an associate at the BBG/ Leitner Group in New York City. Prior to this, he served as a Development Associate for Arcadia Land Company, a Philadelphia-based real estate land developer and consultant emphasizing smart growth and traditional neighborhood design.

‍

In his roles at both Bowery and the BBG/ Leitner Group, Brandon appraised a diverse range of properties. These included multi-unit residential buildings/complexes, office structures, industrial buildings, retail centers, mixed-use establishments, senior living facilities, self-storage units, and developmental sites. His valuation experience extends beyond the New York City and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas to various states across the U.S. He offers his services to a broad clientele, comprising commercial banks, property owners, private equity firms, attorneys, and developers.

Brandon graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and a minor in History.

Cynthia Xu is a director, quality control reviewer at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in November 2020. She has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2007.  Cynthia has appraised a wide variety of property types including office, industrial, retail centers, multifamily, mixed-use properties, land, residential, and subdivisions.

Before joining Bowery, Cynthia served as a Senior Appraiser at Ard Appraisal Company based in New Jersey performing appraisals of commercial properties for lenders, and governmental agencies including condemning authorities, litigation support, and private entities.

Cynthia graduated from Case Western Reserve University with double Master of Science degrees in Neuroscience and Management Information Systems.

Patrick Milauckas is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in November 2019. Mr. Milauckas provides professional assistance in the appraisal of industrial, ground-up residential condominiums, retail, office, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. At Bowery, Mr. Milauckas has gained experience in the valuation of stabilized and planned multi-family properties, new condominium construction, office properties, mixed-use buildings, standalone retail and retail shopping centers, convenience stores with gas stations, land, marinas, self-storage facilities, and religious facilities.

Mr. Milauckas graduated from James Madison University with BBA in Finance, with experience in fixed income analysis, derivative security analysis, and real estate.

Ivan Nazar is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation, having joined the firm in January 2022. His real estate career began in 2019 at Acurio & Associates, a residential real estate appraisal firm in Ecuador, where he appraised over 200 properties nationwide and used the country’s first appraisal web app to generate reports.

Ivan specializes in appraising a wide range of commercial properties across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial assets. He has since broadened his expertise to include more than 20 states and additional property types such as land, condominium developments, and residential subdivisions.

Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Carabobo.

Shawn Worthington is a Senior Valuation Associate II at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2022. He is actively engaged in appraising a variety of commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily properties in Washington D.C. and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Before joining Bowery, Shawn worked at brokerage and private equity firms that focused on the acquisition and sale of value-add industrial real estate.

‍

Shawn graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He also graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Arts in English.

Ryan Sikorski, MAI, CFA, is the Senior Managing Director overseeing the Midwest operations for Bowery Valuation. Prior to joining Bowery, Ryan served as an Executive Vice President at Newmark and a Managing Director at Colliers. Over the course of his career, he has led appraisal and consulting efforts across the Midwest, serving as both a generalist and as Team Leader for the hospitality valuation group.

Ryan began his valuation career in 2004 and earned his MAI designation through the Appraisal Institute, along with becoming a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He has built a reputation for thorough analysis and dependable client service, with a consistent focus on delivering high-quality valuation and consulting solutions.

‍

Ryan has completed a wide range of assignments including appraisal, financial reporting, litigation support, and advisory work for acquisitions, loan originations, estate planning, special servicing, condemnation, and receivership. His valuation expertise spans office, retail, industrial, and multifamily assets, with significant specialization in hospitality properties including full-service, select-service, limited-service, resort, and convention hotels, as well as structured parking.

His clients include financial institutions, REITs, attorneys, corporations, government agencies, developers, and individual investors. In addition to his appraisal experience, Ryan has advised clients on the identification and measurement of both tangible and intangible components in real property transactions.

Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Real Estate and Finance from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.  Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Caitlyn, their two children, and their dog, Taters.

Kyler Rothhaar is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the Indianapolis office in August 2025. He began his career in residential real estate appraisal and brokerage in 2016, transitioning exclusively to commercial real estate valuation in 2018. Before joining Bowery, Kyler served as a Senior Appraiser at American UnitedAppraisal Company and, prior to that, as a Senior Vice President in the Valuation & Advisory group at Newmark.

Kyler has appraised a wide range of commercial property types including auto dealerships, right-of-way projects, industrial assets, flex buildings, office buildings, self-storage facilities, apartments, student housing, single- and multi-tenant retail facilities, religious facilities, schools, senior living facilities, community centers, retail development projects, shopping centers, mixed-use facilities, government facilities, and vacant land.He specializes in the valuation of industrial, office, and self-storage properties, with particular expertise in logistics, advanced manufacturing, R&D, and life sciences assets. His experience also includes ARGUS and Rockport VAL-based analyses, proposed development analyses, feasibility studies, subdivision development analysis, rent studies, and business valuations involving real estate.

Kyler is currently a practicing affiliate of the Appraisal Institute working towards the MAI designation. Kyler holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Strategic Management from Purdue University

Nicholas Reuter is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined in July 2025. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2014. Most recently, Nicholas served as a Senior Valuation Specialist at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services in Milwaukee.

Nicholas has appraised a wide range of commercial properties throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest, including vacant land, multifamily residential, industrial, office, retail, restaurants, parking, mixed-use, and special-use properties. His experience also includes market analysis, commercial and residential subdivisions, tax credit-financed multifamily, and HUD-financed multifamily properties.

Clients have included financial institutions, government agencies, attorneys, developers, and individuals. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
