Brandon Gollotti, MAI, AI-GRS, is the Senior Managing Director of the New York City and Washington, D.C. offices who joined the firm in March 2018. He has been a part of the real estate industry since 2010, with his expertise in commercial real estate appraisal beginning in 2013.

Before his association with Bowery, Brandon was an associate at the BBG/ Leitner Group in New York City. Prior to this, he served as a Development Associate for Arcadia Land Company, a Philadelphia-based real estate land developer and consultant emphasizing smart growth and traditional neighborhood design.

In his roles at both Bowery and the BBG/ Leitner Group, Brandon appraised a diverse range of properties. These included multi-unit residential buildings/complexes, office structures, industrial buildings, retail centers, mixed-use establishments, senior living facilities, self-storage units, and developmental sites. His valuation experience extends beyond the New York City and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas to various states across the U.S. He offers his services to a broad clientele, comprising commercial banks, property owners, private equity firms, attorneys, and developers.

Brandon graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and a minor in History.

Cynthia Xu is a director, quality control reviewer at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in November 2020. She has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2007.  Cynthia has appraised a wide variety of property types including office, industrial, retail centers, multifamily, mixed-use properties, land, residential, and subdivisions.

Before joining Bowery, Cynthia served as a Senior Appraiser at Ard Appraisal Company based in New Jersey performing appraisals of commercial properties for lenders, and governmental agencies including condemning authorities, litigation support, and private entities.

Cynthia graduated from Case Western Reserve University with double Master of Science degrees in Neuroscience and Management Information Systems.

Patrick Milauckas is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in November 2019. Mr. Milauckas provides professional assistance in the appraisal of industrial, ground-up residential condominiums, retail, office, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in D.C., Maryland, and Virginia. At Bowery, Mr. Milauckas has gained experience in the valuation of stabilized and planned multi-family properties, new condominium construction, office properties, mixed-use buildings, standalone retail and retail shopping centers, convenience stores with gas stations, land, marinas, self-storage facilities, and religious facilities.

Mr. Milauckas graduated from James Madison University with BBA in Finance, with experience in fixed income analysis, derivative security analysis, and real estate.

Ivan Nazar is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation, having joined the firm in January 2022. His real estate career began in 2019 at Acurio & Associates, a residential real estate appraisal firm in Ecuador, where he appraised over 200 properties nationwide and used the country’s first appraisal web app to generate reports.

Ivan specializes in appraising a wide range of commercial properties across D.C., Maryland, and Virginia, including multifamily, retail, office, and industrial assets. He has since broadened his expertise to include more than 20 states and additional property types such as land, condominium developments, and residential subdivisions.

Ivan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Carabobo.

Shawn Worthington is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2022. He is actively engaged in appraising a variety of commercial, mixed-use, and multifamily properties in Washington D.C. and the Mid-Atlantic region.

Before joining Bowery, Shawn worked at brokerage and private equity firms that focused on the acquisition and sale of value-add industrial real estate.

Shawn graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts in English. He also graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Arts in English.

Daniel Harrington is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024.Danielis actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia.

Prior to joining Bowery, Daniel worked as an Assistant Property Manager at Doug Bean & Associates based in Portland, Oregon where he managed a diverse portfolio of office, retail, and office product in the Portland metro area.

Daniel graduated from Portland State University with a Master of Science in Real Estate and earned Graduate Certificates in Real Estate Investment & Finance and Real Estate Development. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Columbia University.
