Brandon Gollotti, MAI, AI-GRS, is the Senior Managing Director of the New York City and Washington, D.C. offices who joined the firm in March 2018. He has been a part of the real estate industry since 2010, with his expertise in commercial real estate appraisal beginning in 2013.

‍

Before his association with Bowery, Brandon was an associate at the BBG/ Leitner Group in New York City. Prior to this, he served as a Development Associate for Arcadia Land Company, a Philadelphia-based real estate land developer and consultant emphasizing smart growth and traditional neighborhood design.

‍

In his roles at both Bowery and the BBG/ Leitner Group, Brandon appraised a diverse range of properties. These included multi-unit residential buildings/complexes, office structures, industrial buildings, retail centers, mixed-use establishments, senior living facilities, self-storage units, and developmental sites. His valuation experience extends beyond the New York City and Washington, D.C. metropolitan areas to various states across the U.S. He offers his services to a broad clientele, comprising commercial banks, property owners, private equity firms, attorneys, and developers.

Brandon graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies and a minor in History.

‍

John Musnuff is the Senior Managing Director of the New Jersey and Pennsylvania offices at Bowery Valuation. He joined the firm in October 2020 and has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 1986. John has appraised all types of commercial properties primarily in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. These properties include vacant land, farms, subdivisions, PUD projects, multi-family projects, industrial sites, offices, retail shopping centers, and special-use properties.

Before joining Bowery, John owned Musnuff Group, LLC, a boutique appraisal firm that conducted appraisals of commercial properties for lenders, governmental agencies (including condemning authorities), litigation support, and private concerns.

Prior to forming Musnuff Group, LLC, John worked at Integra Realty Resources, Izenberg Appraisal, and Appraisal Affiliates as a commercial appraiser. He also served at MGM Associates as the head of revaluation and commercial properties.

John has served the Appraisal Institute as President of the Metro NJ Chapter, 21 years of Board service and several national project teams. He is also Chairperson of the High Bridge, NJ Planning & Zoning Boards.

John graduated from Hamilton College with a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Arts and a minor in Mathematics.

Cynthia Xu is a director, quality control reviewer at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in November 2020. She has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2007.  Cynthia has appraised a wide variety of property types including office, industrial, retail centers, multifamily, mixed-use properties, land, residential, and subdivisions.

Before joining Bowery, Cynthia served as a Senior Appraiser at Ard Appraisal Company based in New Jersey performing appraisals of commercial properties for lenders, and governmental agencies including condemning authorities, litigation support, and private entities.

Cynthia graduated from Case Western Reserve University with double Master of Science degrees in Neuroscience and Management Information Systems.

Helen Peng is a Director at Bowery Valuation who joined in February 2019.   Helen has over 35 years of experience in real estate valuation. The majority of her career was spent at Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank. The first few years of her career was spent at Chase Manhattan Bank as an Appraiser with the last few years spent as a Director at BBG in New York City with the responsibility of Quality Control Reviewer.
‍

At Deutsche Bank, Helen was a Director where she handled consulting, due diligence and prescreening of deals for various areas of the bank. Responsibilities include assessment of the transaction, cash flow analysis, market research, site visits and review of structure and documentation. Helen has also evaluated and conducted due diligence on domestic and international portfolios. Portfolios comprised of distressed mortgages and real estate owned assets. Travels covered Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, Sweden, Italy, France, Canada, Mexico, Czech Republic and Germany.

In addition, in her role as a Review Appraiser she ordered and reviewed appraisals, provided market data as well as opined on values for all property types on national basis.

During her tenure at Chase Manhattan Bank, Helen was a Second Vice President and Senior Staff Appraiser. Her experience involves writing and reviewing reports for various property types including commercial, industrial, residential and retail. Property located in Metropolitan and Suburban New York.

Helen graduated from University of Connecticut with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Diploma in Real Estate and Urban Economic Studies. Helen also graduated from New York University with a Master of Science in Real Estate and a Diploma in Real Estate Investment.

Michelle Zell is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation, who joined the firm in October 2019. She has worked in the real estate appraisal industry for 21 years.
‍

Michelle has appraised multi-family, condominium and cooperative apartment buildings, retail properties, office buildings, restaurants, industrial properties, hotels, and vacant land properties in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Texas, Georgia, Louisiana  and Florida.  Michelle specializes in managing large portfolios, appraising large scale existing and proposed developments, appraisals for EB-5 financing, market studies, and appraisals for litigation and condemnation proceedings, as well as trust and estate needs.  
‍

Michelle performs and manages appraisals for Israeli bond issuances in excess of $1B, and has extensive experience providing appraisals for financial reporting on the Israeli bond market since 2012. She specializes in serving as a liaison between the appraisers, the audit firms and the Israeli Security Authority.

‍

Significant appraisal assignments include Peter Cooper Village/Stuyvesant Town, a rental apartment complex in New York City with 12,000 units, the condominium conversion of The Apthorp and the Belnord, two large scale prewar landmarked developments in Manhattan,  70 Pine Street, the 1M square foot former AIG headquarters converted to rental apartments, hotel, private club, restaurant and retail space, 701 7th Avenue, a proposed hotel and retail development located in Times Square and valued at $2B, market rent determination for Bell Works- the former Ball Labs in Holmdel, NJ, and multiple large developments for EB-5 financing including The Armature Works in Washington DC (a proposed mixed use retail, apartment and hotel development), 1 Journal Square (a proposed mixed use development in Jersey City),  The  Retail at Nassau Coliseum (proposed retail and entertainment complex adjacent to Nassau Coliseum), and Pacific Park (a proposed development of 15 land parcels to be developed with high rise residential, condominium, office and school buildings).

Before joining Bowery, Michelle served as a Senior Appraiser at BBG (formerly Leitner Group) in New York City from 2003 through October 2019.

Michelle graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science. She also graduated from Emory University with a Master of Public Health.

Brandon Goodman is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in February 2021. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2015 and has experience in the valuation of a wide variety of property types including investment-grade office buildings, multi-tenant retail, mixed-use apartment buildings, industrial, vacant land, and luxury condominium development, as well as air rights valuation, partial interest valuation, and ground lease valuation.    

Prior to joining Bowery, Brandon served as a Senior Valuation Associate at CBRE based in New York City.

Brandon graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He also graduated from NYU Stern with an MBA with a specialization in Real Estate, Finance, and Management.

Maren Lewis, MAI, is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in October 2019. She has worked in the real estate industry since 1999, with commercial real estate appraisal experience since 2017.

Maren has appraised multifamily rental buildings, condo and cooperative buildings, developable land, ground up construction sites, retail properties, hotels, and special-use properties, such as schools and other community facility properties primarily in the New York metro area.

Prior to joining Bowery, Maren served as a Valuation Associate at BBG, Inc. based in New York City.
‍

Prior to her time at BBG Inc., Maren worked for the Hotel Finance Group at Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, formerly known as Credit Lyonnais, for 8 years as a Credit Analyst and Junior Relationship Manager. In this role, she prepared detailed credit recommendations to senior management, including designing and creating detailed financial projection models and assisting in the process to structure and execute corporate and asset-backed financing opportunities for single assets and hotel companies. Additionally, this role included arranging for all due diligence requirements and monitoring the financial performance on a monthly basis.  
‍

Prior to Credit Lyonnais, Maren worked in the Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Group at Ernst & Young, LLP.  In this consulting group, she valued real estate portfolios and performed market studies, including research of economic and demographic trends, assessment of market supply and demand, interviews of market participants, and analysis of historical market and segment performance.

Maren graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science with a focus on the hospitality industry and a concentration in finance.

Ross Wigon is a Senior Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in February 2019. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2015 and has experience appraising multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail, and industrial properties in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Florida, Texas, Indiana, Arkansas, and Tennessee.

Prior to joining Bowery, Mr. Wigon served as an Associate at BBG based in New York.

He received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University Questrom School of Business.

Asher Robinson is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation. Asher joined the firm in September 2020. With experience in the real estate appraisal industry since 2012, he has appraised a diverse range of properties, including multi-unit residential, office, industrial, retail centers, mixed-use properties, and development sites. He has covered regions in and around the New York City metropolitan area and has also worked in Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington.

Before his tenure at Bowery, Asher held the position of senior appraiser at BBG/Leitner Group based in New York City.

Asher graduated from the university of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Information Systems.

Diana Zlatkina is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2018. Diana has worked in the commercial real estate appraisal industry since 2014.

Prior to joining Bowery, she was an appraiser at the Leitner Group Inc./BBG, working throughout New York City on a wide variety of asset types including multifamily, mixed-use, office, retail and developable land.

Diana earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Hospitality from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University.

Katelin Kutchko is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2018. She has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2014 and has appraised condominium, cooperative, community facility, development sites, industrial, ground-leased, manufactured housing community, mixed-use, multi-unit residential, office, private club, school and retail center properties across the US.

Before joining Bowery, Katelin served as an associate at BBG/ Leitner Group based in New York, NY.

Katelin graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design and Architecture. She also graduated from University of Pennsylvania with a Master of Architecture in Real Estate Design and Development Design.

Madi Johnson is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in September 2020. Madi is actively engaged in appraising multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, industrial, development sites, and vacant land for acquisition, refinancing, corporate dissolution, and litigation. She has experience appraising and/or reviewing appraisals for $5Bn+ in commercial real estate assets in 19 states to date, with additional experience with affordable properties, including those encumbered by Project-Based Section 8 HAP contracts, LIHTC, and/or 420-c agreements.

Prior to joining Bowery, Madi worked as an M&A Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Evercore, based in New York City, where she received rigorous financial modeling training and rotated through the Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Industrials groups.

She graduated from Harvard College in May 2020 with a bachelor of Arts degree in History with a Secondary field in Economics.

Tyler Drake is a Vice President at Bowery Valuation Services who joined the firm in October 2019. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since 2017. Most recently, Tyler served as an appraiser at BBG, Inc. based in New York City.

‍

Tyler has appraised a variety of income-producing properties located in the New York metro area, as well as New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois and Florida. Property types include multifamily rental buildings, condo and cooperative buildings, developable land, ground up construction sites, retail properties, hotels and special-use properties such as schools and other community facility properties

Tyler graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts degree, majoring in Political Science with a concentration in Political Economy.

Before joining Bowery, Brandon served as a Revenue Analyst at Domio, a national short-term rental operator, and Highgate Hotels based in New York.

Brandon graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel and Tourism Management with a concentration in Marketing and Revenue Management.

Hannah Karpin is an Associate Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2021. Hannah is actively engaged in appraising mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York and New Jersey.

Hannah graduated from the University of Chicago in June 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Art History with a specialization in Architecture.

Jack Brandon is an Associate Vice President who joined the firm in July 2021. Jack is actively engaged in appraising mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Since 2022, he has gotten advanced exposure in all asset types, including industrial, office, retail, and special purpose properties throughout the United States. Jack isa licensed Certified General Appraiser in the State of New York.

Jack graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Economics and a Master of Management degree.

Patrick Bush is an Associate Vice President at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in November 2021. He has worked in the real estate appraisal industry since roughly 2008 and has appraised existing and proposed mixed-use, multifamily, condos, co-ops, and retail buildings, as well as land, office, and industrial properties throughout the nation.

Before joining Bowery, Mr. Bush served as a commercial appraiser at the NYC offices of BBG, Diversified Valuation, and Novogradac & Company LLP.

Mr. Bush graduate from SUNY Albany with a Bachelor of Art in English and a minor in Business.

Barri Boyarsky is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July  2022. Barri is actively engaged in appraising a variety of commercial, mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York.

Barri previously served as an intern at a financial services company based out of Chester, New Jersey.

Before joining Bowery, Barri earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business with a focus in Real Estate and Management and Human Resources.

Cole Hackett is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2023. Cole is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Cole worked as a Corporate Sales Intern at Marcus and Millichap, based in Boston MA, where he underwrote various properties for purposes of loan origination.

Cole graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.

David Langer is a Senior Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in January 2022. He is actively engaged in appraising multifamily, mixed-use and retail properties across the US.

Drew Kozub is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in January 2022. Drew is actively engaged in appraising mixed-use and multifamily properties in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.

Before joining Bowery, Drew served as a Leasing & Investment Intern at EQT Exeter where he helped find Industrial and Office buildings in the Boston market for potential acquisition.

Eric Fries is a Senior Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in July 2022. Eric is actively engaged in appraising a variety of commercial, mixed-use and multifamily properties in Pennsylvania.

Before joining Bowery, Eric served as an Acquisitions Associate Intern at Bye Bye House, a start-up real estate business based in Newport Beach, California to assist in acquiring primarily residential properties to fix and flip, as well as develop a buy and hold strategy.

Eric graduated from Trinity College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and was also a member of the Varsity Lacrosse team.

Alessio Amor is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024.Alessio is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Alessio worked as an intern at Stockbridge Capital based in San Francisco, CA where he worked on the asset management of industrial assets. He also worked as an intern at MetLife Investment Management in Whippany, NJ where he worked in portfolio management, dealing primarily with multifamily and mixed-use assets.

Armaan Rigby is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024. Armaan is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Before joining Bowery, Armaan interned at North Highland, where he developed go-to-market strategies and sustainability roadmaps for a large pharmaceutical company. He also worked at Cantor Fitzgerald as an Equity Research Analyst Intern, evaluating investment opportunities in the FinTech and Cryptocurrency sectors.

Prior to joining Bowery, Brandon worked as an Acquisitions Analyst at Acumen Cos., based in Washington D.C., where he underwrote various potential acquisitions of several different asset classes.

Caroline Tanner is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. Caroline is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Caroline worked as a Client Development Intern at Baker Botts based in Houston, Texas where she assisted with RFPs, client updates, and firm marketing initiatives.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Philosophy with a minor in Business from Rice University.

Eli Meder is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. Eli is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Eli worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Ziegler based in Chicago, where he constructed financial models for M&A transactions based in the healthcare sector.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Economics with a minor in Spanish from Hope College and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Notre Dame.

Ethan Criss is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. Ethan is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Ethan worked as an Investment Services Analyst at Invesco based in Atlanta where he analyzed internal valuation methodologies for abnormal equity and fixed-income securities.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Business Analytics with a minor in Chinese Language and Culture from Indiana University.

Jonathan Winick is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024. Jonathan is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Jonathan worked as an Investment Sales Intern at Cushman and Wakefield based in East Rutherford, New Jersey where he assisted in underwriting properties of several different asset classes.

Josh Saintilus is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. Josh is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Josh worked as a remote Junior M&A Analyst Intern at Sellside Group where he supported merger and acquisition transactions by conducting due diligence, preparing valuation models, and developing marketing materials to communicate deal opportunities effectively.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) with minors in Real Estate Development and Economics from the University of Southern California.

Matthew Mandel is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2025. Matthew is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.

Prior to joining Bowery, Matthew worked as a Real Estate Valuation Analyst at Altus Group based in New York where he developed cash flow analysis used to prepare restricted appraisal reports, as well as conducted appraisal reviews to be used in the appraisal and valuation advisory process for industrial assets.  

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Real Estate from Pennsylvania State University.

Natalie Rosenberg is an Associate at Bowery Valuation who joined the firm in August 2024. Natalie is actively engaged in appraising various commercial, multifamily, and mixed-use properties in New York.
